You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
The customer pays a penalty corresponding to 1 night's stay if he/she cancels within 5 days of arrival.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the entire stay will be charged (excluding the tourist tax).
No advance payment is required.
The Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation.
We reserve the right to perform a pre-authorization on your Credit Card. This means that we could temporarily block an amount equal to the cost of the first night or an amount adequate to cover any additional expenses. The pre-authorization can be performed 5 days before arrival and remains valid for up to 30 days. This operation does not involve any immediate charge but serves to guarantee the availability of funds. The pre-authorization can be converted into a charge in case of no-show or cancellation after the terms set out in our cancellation policies.
